4. Fees and Payments

We reserve the right to remove participants whose behaviour may affect the safety or experience of others.
 

8. Parent or Guardian Responsibility

Parents or guardians remain responsible for:

• Informing us of allergies, medical conditions, or special requirements.

• Ensuring timely drop-off and pick-up where applicable.

The Thinking Seed Studio is not responsible for children outside designated workshop hours unless expressly stated.

Parents should disclose any medical conditions, allergies, behavioural concerns, or learning requirements that may affect participation.

While reasonable care is taken to maintain a safe environment, participation involves normal educational and recreational activities, and parents acknowledge the inherent risks associated with such activities.
